Charles S. Meek

Charles Meek has a BA degree from Duke University and an MBA from St. Edwards University. He is editor and principal author of two websites: FaithFacts.org and ProphecyQuestions.com. He is author of Christian Hope through Fulfilled Prophecy and contributor to the Fulfilled Covenant Bible.

Summary of the book Christian Hope through Fulfilled Prophecy:

Charles Meek writes a thorough yet concise rendering of a fulfilled view of Bible prophecy. He lays out the scriptural basis, passage by passage, while anticipating questions and decimating objections along the way. This is a first-rate handbook for anyone seeking to understand Covenant Eschatology. (Riley O’Brien Powell, Ed. M. from Harvard, M. Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary).

I welcomed the opportunity to serve as editor of this book for several reasons. This topic is vitally important to defending Christianity against the continued attacks by atheists, Muslims, and Jews who charge that Jesus was a false prophet. Their charges ring true given the eschatological confusion among Christians, including the constant wolf-crying about the end of the world. Years ago I became convinced that the standard models offered by the church are seriously flawed. This book is a rarity in being not only comprehensive, but well organized and easy to follow. It could well be an enduring contribution to the end-times debate. I am proud to be part of this important work. (David A. Green, co-author and editor of House Divided: Bridging the Gap in Reformed Eschatology.)

The covenant eschatology community is in debt to Mr. Meek for writing this new book. Far from being written by one theology professor to another, the informed layman will feel perfectly at home in this study. If you are looking for insightful arguments and comments on nearly every relevant passage, you will find them here. What a resource for a preterist needing help in answering objections from skeptics, inquirers or even other preterists who may not be clear in some areas. Mr. Meek likely will supply a good answer. Exhaustive research and study abounds! (Walt Hibbard, founder and former chairman of Great Christian Books.)
